Brackenridge Estate is a luxurious home built on a Golf estate situated in Plettenberg bay. Orenge Environeering Design was contracted for the wet services engineering which consists of a centralised hot & cold water reticulation layout. Heating of the domestic hot water and swimming pool is achieved using a diesel boiler.

Due to the remote location a pressure boosting system with expansion bladder and constant pressure control had to be implemented together with a fully automated plant room to ensure the system is user friendly and easily maintained.
